Tonight at 8:00pm, Empire City Men's Chorus friends Cantori New York will present in concert the world premiere of Rex Isenberg's Messiahs False and True, a meditation for chamber choir, clarinet, cello and narrator on charlatans and prophets, and on those who have seen and shaped the future. The concert will present two other musical explorations of prophets past: Thomas Tallis's sublime Lamentations of Jeremiah and Siegfried Thiele's Prophezeiungen, based on the writings of Leonardo da Vinci.
